The Moutai Chun is produced according to the raw materials and technology of Moutai, and in order to suit the taste of more people, the proportion adjustment of “reducing acid and increasing aroma” has been carried out on the basis of Moutai flavour. The three typical flavours of the warehouse bottom fragrance and different rounds of wine are blended, and no edible alcohol and edible flavours are added.

KWEICHOW MOUTAI Chun 2008 was specially launched to commemorate the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It uses local top red shell waxy sorghum, local wheat, and other raw materials for craft brewing. The old-fashioned craftsmanship create a soft and mellow taste. The mature fragrance is outstanding, and lasts for a long time.
