It is distilled in small batches in the heart of London from a blend of 13 botanicals including juniper, lemon balm, lime flower, cloves, chamomile, liquorice and grapefruit. A delicate, yet complex gin. Powerful citrus notes lead the way, developing into softer floral notes. Warming spices can be found in the finish. Perfect served by itself over lots of ice.
