TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Buttered toast with tangy marmalade, honey, and tropical fruit.
Palate: Poached apples and pears, sweet treacle toffee, granary bread with lemon curd and a dash of pepper.
Finish: Sweet cinnamon and syrupy fruit, with leathery, malty oak.

16 year old single malt, distilled at Glencadam in July 2004 and matured in a single cask until it was independently bottled by Douglas Laing in August 2020. With an outturn of 247 bottles, this rich Highlander is a fabulous addition to the Old Particular range.
