    • Aroma: Smoky beach bonfire, west coast rock pools and salted caramel chews.
    • Palate : Black currants, vanilla, coffee, truffles, chocolate, tanned leather, green pepper.
    • Finish : The taste opens up with black cherries, dried prunes, chocolate with rum and vanilla, over which come fine touches of paprika, pepper and sage. The acidity is quickly controlled by fine but intense tannins, a sign that wine will have a long life.

Distilled in November 2009, bottled in October 2020 at 48.4%, no colouring, no chill-filtration and an aura of rarity with only 376 bottles in existence. Old Particular is beautifully presented in premium gift tubes and contains highly informative labels.
