ROCK ISLAND Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Year of Dragon
Celebrating the Chinese Year of the Dragon in 2024, namely the Wood Dragon, this rare limited edition of Rock Island blended Scotch whisky was finished in heavily charred ‘crocodile’ casks, a name given to the wood when it is so fiercely charred its texture is reminiscent of an alligator or crocodile’s skin. This marriage of single malts distilled on Orkney, Arran, Jura and Islay from Douglas Laing was bottled at 54.8% ABV with no colour added and no chill-filtration.
