Crafted from single malts sourced from Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney, this expression captures Rock Island’s signature coastal style of sea salt, smoke and island malt. After blending, the whisky is finished in Caribbean rum casks from Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados, adding layers of brown sugar, tropical fruit, vanilla and warming spice.
Bottled at 46.8% ABV, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration, Rock Island Rum Cask Edition preserves its natural flavour, texture and island-driven character.
