Tasting Notes:

• Nose : waxy, honeycomb, pine cones and slightly sappy (nice!) shy tropical fruit tucked behind it all.
• Palate : oak spice, here the tropical notes come out. We got melon, papaya, gooseberry, dried mango, banana, all dusted with some brown sugar and honey. Light and soft in the mouth.
• Finish : very tropical with an assortment of dried fruit (mango, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, melons). Still a little waxy with honey. It’s still light and leaves you wanting more oomf, but it’s all there nonetheless.
