Kirishima Shuzo (Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture) released its authentic potato shochu “Torafukirishima” in the Honshu area excluding Kyushu and Okinawa on the 21st. It uses the yellow koji used in sake brewing and the black koji used in the authentic potato shochu “Kuro Kirishima” to create a sweet and refreshing taste. It is aimed at beginners to authentic potato shochu and women.
