Bowmore 1996 25-year-old Cask DL15624 was a refill hogshead that yielded 202 bottles at a strength of 52.7%, and if you’ve ever had any Bowmore from the magical run of mid-1990s vintages you’ll know what to expect – a masterclass of seaweedy coastal notes and gentle smoke, usually with plenty of sweet exotic fruit.
