GLENDRONACH 27 Year Old 1993 Cask 6735. The GlenDronach Distillery was founded in 1826 and is located in Aberdeenshire very close to Huntly. It is well known for producing high quality Sherry matured whisky and is currently owned by Brown-Forman. GlenDronach Batch 18 consists of 18 single casks which only a few have made it to Australia. The range consists of whisky spanning a different range of ages and vinatges all selected by Master Distiller Dr. Rachel Barrie. Using either ex Oloroso Sherry, ex Pedro Ximenez Sherry or ex Port barrels and bottled at their natural cask strengths in a range of between 48% and 61.9% ABV.
