This is Nogomi driest product. The rice used is Saga no Hana, and the flavor is light. It is characterized by a punchy aftertaste that can only be achieved with dry sake, while still retaining the full flavor of the rice. The aroma is mild, so it can be enjoyed with meals. It is a sake that goes well with chilled tofu, edamame (green soybeans), noodles such as soba or somen noodles, light fish, and other dishes that are rich in flavor. It can also be served slightly chilled to make it light and refreshing even during the hot season.
