TOMATIN 12 Year Old 2006 Amontillado Sherry. Matured for an initial nine year stint in standard oak casks, this Tomatin effort spent its final three years before bottling in first fill Amontillado Sherry butts. With 5400 bottles in circulation its pushing the boundaries of a limited edition, but it’s well worth getting your hands on this pleasingly spicy dram.
