Woodstock Grenache Rose shows an energetic dark red tone with purple tones when filled into a glass. The wine has an energising bouquet oozing strawberry and raspberry smells. The rich sense of taste is loaded up with sweet kinds of strawberry, trailed by the freshness and adjusting acridity. The delicious red berry notes rule the completion of this flavoursome wine. It is a simple drinking Rose that acquires a smooth surface with age. Serve it chilled with fiery dishes, or appreciate it as an aperitif on a bright evening.

Description

WOODSTOCK Grenache Rose

WOODSTOCK Grenache Rose. Wine brands come and go, yet Woodstock Wine stands as sturdy as the stocks it was named after.A pillar of the McLaren Vale wine region, Woodstock has lovingly committed to capturing the essence of our regional home in a bottle since 1973.

It begins in our their McLaren Vale vineyards, this love for capturing quality, and carries through every process from the vine to the bottle. The Woodstock wine portfolio encompasses wines for every occasion, from a range of aromatic whites and rosé, lush yet finely structured reds, and an enduring range of after dinner wines.

This wine is a prime example of their love for capturing excellence as the ripe Grenache grapes are picked in the cool of the night and made to an easy drinking style. They are held cold on their skins after crushing to extract some pink colour and berry fruit flavours before draining and fermenting as if it was a white wine. Some natural grape sweetness is retained by chilling to stop the ferment. This makes Woodstock Grenache Rosé different, fruity and full of “Strawberry and Cream” flavours.
