Colour: Has an inky dark purple colour.
Aroma: It displays rich aromas of blackcurrant and dried herbs, while the French oak influence offers a gentle ‘cigar box lift’
Palate: On the palate the wine has powerful dark berry fruit, spice and hints of nutmeg driven by a warm vintage. It has persistent length and is well structured with ripe flavours and a seamless elegant finish.
Recommended food pairings: This concentrated red wine would make a great partner to Venison Bourguignon with roasted potatoes in their jackets. It could also be enjoyed with a selection of aged cheddar cheese at the end of a meal.

BROWN BROTHERS Patricia Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit for this 2018 wine was sourced from premium Victorian vineyards, to bring together a complex and well balanced expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Individual parcels were matured in new and aged French oak barriques for 18 months before being blended to achieve concentrated fruit character and subtle tannins giving this wine sensational length and cellaring potential.
