Kunimare Sake Brewery was founded by Taizo Honma in 1882. It is Japan’s northernmost and one of the few remaining breweries surruonded by beautiful Hokkaido wilderness. Kunimare Hokkaido Junmai Daiginjo is made from the finest Hokkaido rice ‘Ginpu” polished up to 40%.
