CHOYA Kunimare Hokkaido Junmai Daiginjo
Kunimare Sake Brewery was founded by Taizo Honma in 1882. It is Japan’s northernmost and one of the few remaining breweries surruonded by beautiful Hokkaido wilderness. Kunimare Hokkaido Junmai Daiginjo is made from the finest Hokkaido rice ‘Ginpu” polished up to 40%. The crystal clear water used in this delcious sake comes from the famous Shokanbetsu mountain range.
