Daqi is a super famous in the sake world, and its plum wine made with its own pure rice sake as the base is often praised. Always adhere to the traditional brewing method of “Shengyu”, let the raw materials produce lactic acid bacteria through time to transform into yeast.
In order to make a good plum wine, we spare no effort to use locally matured Kishu Nangao plums, and then use the raw shochu Junmai Ginjo brewed from Daqi Sake. It has the aroma of peach and plum , and the taste is mellow and has good acidity. Picky! As soon as you open the bottle, the fragrant plum scent wafts out , but the entrance has the peculiar mellow taste of Daqi pure rice simmered rice .
