Characteristic Lagavulin sweet smoke explodes on the nose with a little more brine than the other expressions.
The golden liquid recalls the Lannisters’ riches and comes from being exclusively matured in first fill ex-Bourbon casks.
The nose is characteristic of Lagavulin and bursts with sweet smoke, with a slightly zestier, maritime scent than other expressions.
The palate opens with smoked caramelized banana and heavy vanilla and burnt marshmallow which subside into a light dry, slightly salted caramel.
